Important Information:
- Advance Payment Required: All rides must be booked with a completed payment in advance. Please note that cash payments to drivers are not accepted.
- Booking Confirmation: Once your ride is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or phone. Be sure to review the details and reach out to us if any changes are needed.
Cancellation and Lateness Policy:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your ride. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
- Lateness: We offer a 10-minute grace period for pick-ups. If the passenger is not ready after this window, the ride will be canceled, and the payment will not be refunded.
